I work at the Service Desk for Delta Dental of Missouri, and I have a team that is having trouble using the decrypting feature on Kleopatra, version 4.0.0.250402

We seem to be running into an issue where some members of the team can decrypt a message just fine with an encryption key but other members are unable to decrypt that same file with the same key. The ones that can't decrypt will get the error message:</div>

I have verified the subkey is marked with an 'e' for encryption as well.</div>

We house the application on a terminal server and I've tried un/reinstalling the app and a reboot of the server. Also we've reimporting the certificates serveral times.</div>
