<p class="MsoNormal">I am looking for support. We have one user who is having issues after they got a new laptop. They have used Kleopatra on the old device for a few years and we transferred the folder: C:\Users\Bill Clary\AppData\GnuPG to the new computer.

<p class="MsoNormal">They are not able to decrypt files. We made sure the user profile was set the same and still got the same issues. Does the hard drive on the old laptop need to be in the new laptop?<o:p></o:p></p>
