<div>I'm trying out KOrganizer (version 4.2.1) under Fedora 10, and for the most part I like what I see. However, when printing out a monthly calendar, is it possible to put a custom page header and footer on the calendar? I'd like to put a title on top of

the calendar proper, and some footnotes below it, all on the same page.<br>
