[kdepim-users] Strange gpg problem

In KMail 1.9.9 on F9, I have problems with mail encryption.  The cryptography 
page sees and sets this key for signing and decryption, but not for 
encryption.

In the signing section the key is listed.  In the encryption section it lists 
only my old, expired keys.

The keyring was brought over from another box, but appears to be working in 
kgpg generally.  Any ideas what may be wrong?  Thanks
