Save As dialog, showcasing the issue

So, this is apparently deeper than kmail...
I just realized that while saving the incriminating email, I saw the same issue
in the Save As dialog. And the filename in Dolphin is weirdly stretched out
too.
Sorry kmail, you were the first place I noticed it.
