[kmail2] [Bug 473987] Kmail doesn't always receive mail immediately (or at all)

Ok, I started kmail right after my computer booted. It showed no e-mails. So I
tried Control-Alt-Backspace to reset the Desktop. I tried Kmail again. 28
messages showed up instantly.
