Hi, thanks for the report. I can confirm the bug, simpler setup:

Event 1: 17th Nov - 18th Nov
Event 2: 20th Nov - 21st Nov
Event 3: 18th Nov - 19th Nov
Event 4: 19th Nov - 20th Nov

The problem happens on 19th Nov where Event 3 and Event 4 will be rendered on
top of each other. This is a limitation in the layout algorithm as it has no
simple solution for this without introducing gap between Event 1 and Event 3 on
18th or a gap between Event 2 and Event 4 on 20th.

I'll try to see what other calendaring apps do and try to fix the algorithm.
