* I mistakenly typed the Expected and the Observed results in the place of one
another. To be extra clear, these are the correct ones:

OBSERVED RESULT
Changing the default identity in the settings has no effect on the identity
used for creating new emails.

EXPECTED RESULT
Changing the default identity should change the identity that is used for
composing new emails.

This bug also has a critical side effect: since it's no longer possible to send
an email with a specific identity, encryption keys associated with that
identity also cannot be used, which is a major problem. I tried manually typing
my desired identity in the "From" box of the "New email" dialog, but KMail
won't detect the identity and encryption keys defined for that identity in the
way. This is the reason I thought I should mark the "severity" as "Major",
since it affects and can completely stop the user from using any sort of
cryptography (signing and encyrption).
