Currently restoring empty tabs just recover the tab but the it would be good if
kmail remembers the previously choosen folder and a filter instead of having a
blank tab restored. Thus this is more like restoring a user session. This will
increase productivity as almost the time I have a set of tabs dedicated to
particular folders.
Currently when restarting it needs a reasonable amount of time to restore the
previous view. I would like this time to do other work while the computer could
help me to save time.
