akonadi_maildispatcher_agent (5.22.3 (22.12.3)) using Qt 5.15.8

the maildispathcher_agent crashes when I try to send an email. It happens every
time, on both x11 and wayland sessions (there are lots of glitches kmail on
wayland, which is why I mention this).

This is happening after upgrading from the openSUSE 15.5 packages to the latest
KDE repo packages.
