Same problem occurs when replying to an invitation (calendar event): KMail
displays the correct persona, but picks a wrong delivery method. And in fact it
does not evaluate the settings of the persona, as
- message fails to send (delivery methond)
- error message 'No folder for send messages found' when opening the non-sent
mail in the outbox
