STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compose an email message
2. Choose "send"

OBSERVED RESULT
Message is moved to outbox folder, and hangs up there. Attempts to send using
"send queued messages" always fail. The only way I know of to fix it is to
reboot the system. When I do reboot, an error message is displayed:
E-mail Sending Failed
Failed to get D-Bus interface of mailfilteragent.

This is an intermittent error. I suppose one in a thousand (0.1%) of the
messages I send fail this way. A screenshot of the error message is attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
The KMail composer should be able to connect with mailfilteragent, and thence
with my email provider via the internet. This happens about 99.9% of the time.
And if there is an error with D-Bus, I should be able to see the notification
without rebooting the whole system.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kernel version 5.15.41-gentoo
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not a real big deal. But it happens often enough to be a nuisance. That's why
I'm posting a bug report.
