[kmail2] [Bug 405568] Kmail crashes during startup before any window is displayed

Workaround:

I tried the usual akonadi trickery and also deleting kmail config files, but
these things did not help.

After finding out that kmail still works for other users, I looked for hints in
the strace output and guessed a relationship with 
"/home/andreas/.local/share/kmail2/autosave/*"

Deleting all those files, I am able to start kmail again.
