This should be "position the window NOT on the specified location."

When I do this the window is located on the right side of the screen. When I
close the window and start kontact again, the windows appears on the left side
of the screen.
At first the popup for the password comes up in the center of the screen.
Shortly after that, while I am entering the password, a second popup shows
which is shifted more to the left. I just continue typing where dots appear in
the first popup. The second popup just shows the dots of the characters I typed
before that. Both disappear after completing the password and pressing Enter.

Currently using kontact-16.12.1-1.1 = kontact 5.4.1
