Looks like I have the same problem: from time to time (in average once per
day-two) akonadi tried to re-download all mail bodies from one of my accounts
(IMAP, MS Exchange). Where mail bodies are stored? MySQL DB? And how can I
loose it?

P.S. Kubuntu 14.04,  akonadi-server 1.11.90-0ubuntu1, homefolder is encryted
(if it's matter)
