When add new address book, or new calendar, if kmail is running at the same
time, the folder view will show the some folder which should not exist in
kmail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start kmail
2. add an new address book (for example google contacts)
3. wait new address book loaded
Actual Results:  
kmail wll show some address book folder and click on it it will disappear.

Expected Results:  
kmail should not be affected.
