I have upgraded to 4.10 RC2 (from RC1) and now all Akonadi-related stuff seems
to be not working. Eg. KMail IMAP resources, DAV calendar resources, Nepomuk
file indexing.
I tried adding new DAV resource, but once the resource is added, no wizard pops
up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some application using Akonadi resource (eg. KOrganizer or KMail)
Actual Results:  
Application shows no information, ie. KMail's folder list is empty etc,
KOrganizer's events' and todo list is empty too.

Expected Results:  
Data should be shown.
