Now I found how the problem occurs.

- on IMAP account (I don't have POP3, so I can't test if it is only IMAP
problem)
- navigate to some folder with all messages read
- when you right-click on that folder, option "Mark All Mails as Read" is
disabled
- when into this folder comes new messages and you right-click on folder,
option "Mark All Mails as Read" is still disabled

Interesting think is that if you click on any, both read or unread message,
status of folder is somehow reloaded and option "Mark All Mails as Read" is
enabled if applicable.
