In Kmail2 the filter bar for folders also filters the favourite folders. This
is rather funny since the favourite section already shows a limited selection
of folders and does not need to be filtered. When using the filter I normaly
search for a folder which is not in the favourite folder section. Then I also
sometimes would like to copy an email from a filtered folder into a favourite
folder, which (because the favourite folders have been filtered too) is not
possible then. Would be nice, when this regression compared to Kmail1 could be
fixed. I am using Kmail 4.8RC2
