Since my update from Kmail 4.8.RC1 to 4.8.RC2 I have problems to run Kmail on
startup. It is non-responsive for 5-10 mins, during this time
nepomukservicestub takes up to 20% of the CPU and virtuoso-t up to 60%.
I do not know if this is related, but Kubuntu did not provide newer packages
for kdepim-groupware and kdepim-wizards. Both were deinstalled during upgrade.
There is no groupware running.

Steps to Reproduce:
start the computer with KDE

Expected Results:  
very much faster start up.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-15-generic
Compiler: gcc
