That may be so or not. From a user's point of view, in an office environment
you need these features for your daily work (In reply to comment #6)

You're basically saying that technically my bug is enhancement wish, right?
That may be so or not. From a user's point of view, you simply can't get real
world work done in an efficient way with KMail in it's current state. These are
really basic printing options that users rightly take for granted.

On a side note: To my personal opinion, if KDE SC doesn't provide features like
the above, it will loose attractiveness compared to other OSs/desktop
environments and will become a thing for fan boys' home use. (No ideological
argument intended. I think the conceptual changes in KDE 4 are a bold step in
the right direction.)
