spam mail get dumped into a specific spam folder by a filter on my mail server.
I review the content to make sure that it is only spam and then delete it.
While deleting pages of spam using the Delete key, Kmail crashed at the end
possibly from too many delete action. It did happen before but could not get a
useful crash report.
