plasma-desktop (0.4) on KDE Platform 4.6.00 (4.6.0) using Qt 4.7.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Simply logging into the desktop causes plasma to crash. After the first crash,
the second restart of plasma-desktop is successful.
