tested with: 2011-01-03 (get-fd19a2b)

testaccount in horde: inbox is displayed. (So, if horde supports serverside
subscription, it is subscripted)
testaccount configured in windows CE mobile kontact: inbox doesn't have an
check in the subscription dialog and no mails of the inbox are displayed.

new test account: inbox is displayed in horde. 

A developer should reproduce the defect and analyse it.
