Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.6.0)

Before it was possible to keep the header style as chosen in menu View->
Headers -> Fancy header (for example) ; when opening a message for display I
can select a header style like Fancy header (for example) but if after doing so
if I open another message it is still with the same defalt header ; is this a
bug ; in any case why this message header display wished as globally set on all
the messages is not selectable in the main Settings menu.
