Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2)

The cursor is set either just after the signature for new emails, or either
just after the whole quoted text for replies.

I believe most users would prefer if the cursor would be placed _before_ the
signature.

Kmail configuration:
- Automatically insert signature
- Insert signature above quoted text
- Prepend separator to signature

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The cursor for writing text should be placed _before_ the signature.

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.0-13-generic-pae
Compiler: gcc
