it would be nice to be able to define the language/dictionary to be used in
contacts

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
the language is set in the identity of the sender

Expected Results:  
the language should be set in contact (mail receipient)
or better - remembered automatically 

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc
