Summary: Emails being sent are briefly shown as unread in the
                    system tray icon
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 2.1.1
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: mboquien at free.fr

Version: 2.1.1 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

When sending an email the number of unread mails displayed in the system tray
icon is briefly incremented until the email is fully sent.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Send an email and observe the unread mails counter in the system tray.

Actual Results:
Number of unread email increased during the sending process, going back to the
correct number once the email is sent.

Expected Results:
The number of unread mails is left untouched during the sending process.

This is a regression from kmail 1.x.
