I'm also having this issue with KMail 1.13.5.

It seems like there's a problem with the "folder close to quota" feature. I set
custom colors from appearance settings and all my blue folders changed color
according to "Folder Name and Size When Close to Quota".

The account I have with blue folders is currently using 12Mb of 256Mb quota.

IMAP server software is Dovecot and I'm using TLS connection, if that makes any
difference.
