Summary: KMail downloads the message when replying
           Product: kmail
           Version: SVN trunk (KDE 4)
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: cgenie at gmail.com

Version: SVN trunk (KDE 4) (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

This is more of an annoyance rather than a bug. Say you get a big e-mail with
attachments and click on it in the message list, then obviously it gets
downloaded. But then when one clicks 'Reply' the whole message is being
downloaded with attachments. This takes long and is usually unnecessary since I
seldom send back attachments. In fact, KMail shouldn't even download the
original message since it already has the message when one views it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- View the email in KMail
- Hit 'Reply'

Actual Results:
The whole message is downloaded with attachments.

Expected Results:
The composer window should open up immediately, with original text quoted (or
whatever the user has set up) and attachment should only be downloaded when one
explicitly wants to send it back.

I use IMAP accounts so I don't know if this is the same with POP.
