Surprisingly, KMailCVT restarted Kmail and itself? automatically for the second
time and is continuing to import Tbird2 mail. 
Waiting... to see if it finishes importing, before sending. 
Crash 3: then KMail restarted and KMailCVT continued importing. 
There was an error mentioned, perhaps dcop or dbus, should be in the trace. 
I was distracted and didn't make a note since it recovered so well. 

BTW: using the Remove Duplicates on Import since there are lots of dups in the
tbird store. Seems to be result of upgrading to Tbird3, IMHO, a shortfall. 

Result: Indicates that it imported (0 + 17912) mails. Truly amazing. :)
