For the normal flaps (aka non-OrderFlaps), please use about 1/3 of the space
for the category and all the rest (aligned in center) for the actual buttons.
This way the flaps should immedieately look much more clean and be much more
usable!

Tested with snapshots from 23rd Aug 2010
