I was also using this feature in 3.5.5 but it is missing in 3.5.7+

Not everyone has a groupware server to use, and this feature allows you to easily share an address book with multiple machines. Thankfully you can still use fish:// with Kalendar.

I just find it odd that feature that once existed has been removed.
