It's a straw man to think that Kmail's HTML problem is primarily the result of corresponding with MS Outlook users. Kmail's problem is completely independent of MS Outlook. Even two Kmail users cannot properly correspond with each other using HTML because Kmail removes their HTML formatting each time they hit "Reply."
