Thanks jb.<br><br>For everyone else with this issue:<br><br>1. From terminal, run "kdebudialog" (you do not need to sudo for this)<br>2. In kdebugdialog, click [Select All], then click [Apply], and then [OK] to close.<br>

</div>Yes, also took me some time to understand the problem. (K)ubuntu has a program<br>
called "kdebugdialog" which allows you to turn on/off the debug messages for<br>
various apps, and it looks like most is off by default.<br>
