The OS X build is working in the publicly available code; I personally built it on 10.4, have not yet tried on 10.5/Leopard. I think there is an uncommitted patch set for Win32 compatibility; I will ask Charlie about it. So, I would say it is quite reasonable to get a cross-platform project going. We just need developers trying and submitting patches as the current ones' hands are full.<br>
