ops... i didn't notice that "jogshuttle device" in the configuration :P
well... it would be nice to be able to configure a NO_JOGSHUTTLE macro in 
cmake to help cross platform... should i ask for the feature in the bug 
tracking system? i still don't know cmake well enough, but i'll try to write 
it on my own, it shouldn't be too difficult...
