many thanks for your reply. Indeed the upgrade to Debian trixie installed a <br>
firewall:<br>

plasma-firewall is a new Recommends of plasma-desktop, and will pull in <br>
firewalld with a default ruleset<br>
<br>
I assume as soon as Debian trixie gets released, more users will run into <br>
that. <br>
