After reading through wiki I couldn't find information on Disabling KDE
Connect autostart on Windows platform.

I Installed the application from official Microsoft Store instead of
compiling from the source, also I can't determine whether Mingw-w64 was
installed with the version from Store. The website mingw isn't
functional, there is no download link for GUI installer, and by using
inspect element, site seems broken.
My question is, is KDEConnect started with Windows OS as a service or as
a process? If it's started as a service, does permission control run it
only as user with admin rights or system-wide start that requires no
additional adjustments for usage?

Relating to latter mentioned, what is the name of process/service and
where do I find configuration file for the app?

Kind regards,
