I don't think there's anything specific to KDE Connect which would
stop it from working across two different subnets like you have
described. However, there are some complexities:<br>
<br>
Can packets route between your two subnets? The easiest way to
answer this is to try to ping your computer from your phone or your
phone from your computer<br>
<br>
If you can route packets between the two subnets but autodiscovery
isn't working, it might work for you to manually add your computer's
IP address in the phone's settings.<br>
<br>
If packets can't route, you could try to go down the networking
rabbit hole and add routes between your two networks. However, it
might be easier to see if you can get your wireless router to behave
as more of a wireless switch and put everything on the 192.168.1.x
network (you say that it's used only to provide a wireless hotspot,
but it appears to be acting as a DHCP server and NAT/gateway as
well)<br>

cell phone carrier, Page+, has disabled the full capacity of
