Kde-connect windows issue

Good day,
I downloaded the kde-connect executable (kdeconnect-kde-21.04.3-657-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe) for windows from here: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/kdeconnect-kde_Release_win64/, and it installed fine. However, when I run it and then try to pair with my Android, it throws up an error:

Please could assist in resolving this issue?
