REVISION SUMMARY
  Generate new-style PACKET_TYPE_TELEPHONY_MESSAGE (as well as old-style, for backwards compatibility with old Desktop apps) when the device recieves a new message

TEST PLAN
  1. DBus
    - Connect Android to desktop
    - Subscribe to /modules/kdeconnect/devices/<device_id>/org.kdeconnect.device.conversations/conversationUpdated
    - Receive a new message (text yourself?)
    - Verify that something comes back on dbus (Work on updating this endpoint so something *useful* comes back is coming soon)
  
  2. SMS App
    - Coming Soon
