kgpg hidden in tray by default

Yes, there is a setting to disable its tray icon. When that has been
done, it starts in foreground, which isn't perfect, but better and at
least non-confusing.

I think its ~/.kde/share/config/kgpgrc

[User Interface]
systray_icon=false

(and those config folders are stackable).
