Well, depends on whether you are running KDE 4.1.1 or not, or whether
you are running Kubuntu or an other OS, but the
metapackage is kde_utils.

If it is Kubuntu

4.1.1, the link to the source package is
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kdeutils/kdeutils_4.1.1.orig.tar.gz
