Kword and openoffice.org-writer use differnt odf-files?

Thx Kevin for the quick answer.
It's good to know that
a)there is no bug from my side
b)we can hope for a united future

I'll ask the devs maybe later if i have a really specific question.
But your answer was quite complete for my little user view :-) .
