window list at the bottom in 3.4?

Do you have two Panels?  Or, a Panel and an External Taskbar?

IAC, can you grab them with the mouse and move them?  Go to a blank area 
on the Panel and hold down the Left (Button 1) Button while moving the 
Panel.
