opening .m3u files in konqueror

These are not file associations, they are file types (MIME types).

The first two are WRONG and should be removed.

Then you need to check/create a file association for "audio/x-mpegurl".  Open 
the: "File Associations" KCM and choose: "audio -> x-mpegurl" and see if the 
applications in the: "Application Preference Order" window are correct.
