No kdebase building

Yes, if you expect for CVS to build, use: KDE_3_2_BRANCH.  HEAD is often 
broken to the point that it won't build.

To convert your existing CVS to KDE-3_2_BRANCH, do

	cvs up -rKDE_3_2_BRANCH

If you insist on using HEAD, update and try again.
