kdepim 3.2.1 doesn't compile

Am running RH9, with updates, and kernel-2.6.4.  Have downloaded
kde-3.2.1 source and documented prerequisites.  File kmailIface_skel.cpp
doesn't compile.  Here are the compile errors:
