Cursor key in KMail

Hi listers,

I have KDE 3.1 on Mandrake LINUX.  I am using KMail now.

1. I want to move between mail folders by cursor keys, but I can move only 
with the mouse. Sometimes the cursor keys are needed to work faster. 
Shift+cursor key (Up and Down) does not work, too. What's wrong ?

2. I need to resort mail folders i my own order (user folder last, default 
folders like Incoming messages first). How can I do it ?
